My name is Matin Rahnama, founder of MR CODE. I hold a degree in mechanical engineering, but discovered web development out of curiosity in 2011, in Malaysia, while exploring WordPress for a first personal project. That discovery changed the direction of my career.
Over the years, I built multilingual websites (LTR and RTL), worked with clients in the United Kingdom and Canada, and delivered projects in French, English and Persian. I notably led the setup of a German WooCommerce store managing around 7,000 products, a project that confronted me with real challenges in structure, performance and security.
I have also handled real security incidents on compromised WordPress websites: I am not a certified cybersecurity expert, but someone who learned by facing concrete problems, on real websites, with real stakes for my clients.
A longtime self-taught developer, I complemented my path with front-end development training in France in late 2022 / early 2023, followed by a one-month internship. Today, MR CODE combines this dual culture: the pragmatic solidity of WordPress and modern web development, together with SEO, GEO, artificial intelligence and automation.
A side passion
Outside of code, I am also a chess player — a passion that led me to work on chess-related projects, such as the Chess in Lyon Festival website. It is not the core of my activity, but it says a lot about how I work: structured, patient and problem-solving oriented.
