A Reliable, Secure Website — Every Single Day
A website that performs well at launch also needs to stay secure and reliable over time. MR CODE offers maintenance and support plans to monitor, update, and protect your website over the long term, so you can focus on your business instead of technical issues.
What maintenance covers
A maintenance plan greatly reduces risk, but no service can guarantee an invulnerable site or 100% uptime. If an incident happens, our commitment is responsiveness, restoring backups, and being transparent about what went wrong.

Warranty & Terms
So there is no ambiguity once your site is live, here is what the included warranty covers, and what belongs to a maintenance plan.
Post-launch warranty period
Every delivered project includes a warranty period at no extra cost, with the duration agreed per contract (commonly 30 days). During that window, MR CODE fixes bugs and defects that stem from the original development work.
What the warranty covers
- Correction of genuine bugs and defects tied to the delivered scope
- Anything that does not work as originally specified and agreed
What the warranty does not cover
- New features or any addition to the original scope
- Content edits and updates
- Third-party plugin or theme updates, and any conflicts they introduce
- Issues caused by changes made after delivery outside of MR CODE
- Hosting or server-level incidents unrelated to the code delivered
After the warranty period
Continued updates, security patches, backups, uptime monitoring and technical support require an active maintenance plan. Without an active plan your site keeps working, but it is no longer actively monitored, updated, or covered for support.
What a paid plan includes
- A defined amount of support time and minor content changes each month
- Security updates
- Scheduled backups
- Uptime monitoring
- A monthly status report
- Priority response when something goes wrong
What is billed separately, even with a plan
- Requests that exceed the time included in the plan
- New features
- Major redesigns
- Large content overhauls
Our honest recommendation: for any live business website, we advise keeping a plan active. A site left unmaintained gradually accumulates known vulnerabilities (WordPress, plugins, dependencies) and compatibility issues as hosting evolves. This is not a permanent emergency — but it is a risk that grows month after month, and it costs far less to prevent than to repair.
