Data collected
Data collected through the contact form (name, email, company, phone, project description) is used solely to respond to your request. No data is collected without your knowledge, and the site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
Legal basis
Processing is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR) when you ask for a quote, and on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries addressed to us (Article 6.1.f) in all other cases.
Retention period
Contact enquiries are kept for three years from the last exchange, in line with the French data protection authority's guidance on business prospecting. Data relating to a contractual relationship is kept for ten years from the end of the contract, to meet statutory accounting obligations.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is handled by Matin Rahnama alone and hosted by Hostinger International Ltd (61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus), which provides both website hosting and email delivery, within the European Union.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@mrcode.fr; you will receive a reply within one month.
